chore: 排除 dist 构建目录，避免提交构建产物

- 将 dist/ 目录添加到 .gitignore
- 从版本控制中移除已跟踪的 dist 文件
- 构建产物应由 CI/CD 或本地构建生成，不应提交到仓库
